SAFETY AT PCG
PCI has a total commitment to safety. This is because we believe that strong safety programs are essential to meet our customers' needs. Our goal is to be the safest specialty contractor in the nation as evidenced by our corporate "Target Zero Accidents" and "Substance Abuse Prevention" programs.

PCG's Safety Department implements a comprehensive safety program for over 35 branch offices. These include site safety plans emphasizing incident prevention, OSHA and EPA compliance issues, branch management and field employee safety training, safety administration and record maintenance, return-to-work management, and a ready resource of expertise for the branch's safety needs.

We believe our rigorous safety program is the key to our superior safety record on our jobs. As of April 30th, 2006, we had a national EMR rate of 0.53 -- one of the best safety ratings in the construction industry.
